The little ones are provided with age appropriate toys, books and learning materials. Visual cues towards language learning and numeracy take place by use of picture books with easy words/letters/numbers, flash cards with letters/numbers/colors, puzzles, etc. For motor skill development and expression, they use play dough, chubby markers, crayons and paper, building blocks and orchestrated games.

BUILDING BLOCKS
Constructive learning that brings to life the creative ideas in a child’s mind. Building blocks encourage independent play though through a structured approach and increase attention span as they construct their fantasies

LACING BEADS
Passing the string through an assortment of multi-colored, and shaped, beads is a powerful yet simple exercise that works fine motor skills and focus. With patterning, lacing beads also provides a young child exposure to early math.

CYLINDER BLOCKS
Fitting 10 cylinders in their right places teach visual discrimination of dimensions. Slowly pulling the cylinder out of its hole completely by pinching from above the knob of the cylinder furthest to the right using the thumb and two fingers and putting the cylinder back in its place is an accomplishment no doubt.

DRESSING FRAMES
Holding the button and passing through the button hole is a task by itself! The little folks do a great job in buttoning up which calls for pinching, un-pinching, sliding the button, rotating the fabric and a perfect coordination of thumb and index finger.

LACING FRAMES
The lacing dressing frame is a perfect exercise for developing pincer grip, sequencing as they cross the lace from side to side with their little fingers and it is a fun extension of tying the shoe laces.

LEARNING ABOUT SHAPES
Children learn the names of shapes and begin to associate the name with the shape and fit the solid form to its geometric base. This activity also increase hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills as the child traces the outline of the shape with the fingertip.
